* How do I make sure I order the right size?

Measurements are on the description of each product. Please make sure to measure yourself and see if the measurements match. 

* Where do you ship? How long does it takes?

For now, we ship on Europe. We are working on shipments internationally. Let us know your interest on Instagram. The shipments are 2-5 days long, depending on the country.

* Which special cares does the clothes needs?

As our clothes are vintage and second hand clothes, many don't come with washing instructions. Althought, we make sure to select the best vintage pieces with the best quality possible so we recommend to wash them with cold water (30º max) and with a delicate wash option. Also we recommend not to use the dryer machine and iron it on the reverse side. 

* Do you have a physical store?

No, for the moment we are only online. You can contact us through Instagram or on our email. 

* Do you make refunds?

Unfortunately, our pieces are non-refundable. We work very hard to achieve the final product and offer the best pieces we can for you to wear and keep forever!
Every piece is unique and we want you to have the best experience with it. We will always let know if there is any sign of age in the description box and all the measurements to make sure you order the best fit possible.
